Based in San Francisco's Chinatown, Lion Dance ME specializes in traditional Chinese lion dance, music, and entertainment. Lion Dance ME's crowd pleasing performances bring joy, energy and excitement to students and school communities, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and festive spirit of the Chinese lion dance. Each performance also includes a percussive drum performance, a 3-5 minute introduction on lion dancing and its origins, a 12-15 minute performance, including event blessing and scroll release, a 10-15 minute combination of q&a or meet and greet with the lions and performers.
