Mural Design

Activate your walls with Hip Hop! Similar to our in-school visual art residencies, students in the mural design residency will learn the basics of Hip Hop street art, but will be guided towards the collaborative design of a school mural. Designs can be built around themes, keywords, or specific visual images which are important to the school. Designs can also be made to fit any specific visual images which are important to the school. Designs can also be made to fit any specific site or walls which the school can choose to be beautified. After the design residency, Hip Hop Fundamentals' professional visual artists can create the permanent mural on an outdoor (or ventilated indoor) wall-space; mural installation can be done in as little as 8-10 hours, done after school hours over 2 days/evenings.
