Allyship and Diversity School Assembly
Cheer SF's Allyship and Diversity content engages students in learning the do’s and don’ts of being a good ally. The use of clear signs, hand gestures, and interactive experiences reinforces the value of inclusion and respect for differences in your school community. Students are engaged from the very beginning with cheers, dances, fun shout-outs, and a playful energy!
At the end of the assembly, their "Wheel of Fun" is used to reinforce the do’s and don’ts of allyship. For every hand raised and question answered, students run up to spin the "Wheel of Fun", and the cheerleaders do whatever action the wheel lands on! This offering is most suitable for schools exploring diversity in a safe, fun, and supportive way.
Students receive simple, positive, and engaging delivery of our messages with signs and hand gestures, leading the students to interact and respond, quick Q&A to gauge comprehension and reinforce the content, a spin-the-wheel style on-demand demonstration of acrobatic cheerleading tricks and energetic dances (as space permits, with safety as a #1 priority). Spins can be a reward for answering Q&A questions, or we can determine the spinners according to recommendations. Optional photos with the team!
Cheer SF gets kids on their feet to move their bodies and learn a few simple cheers. A great sensory break with a great message!
