Each Young Audiences of Northern California program addresses California State Standards in the Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) and Common Core areas, strengthens problem-solving and critical thinking skills, nurtures and increases an understanding of different cultures and traditions, nurtures and increases an understanding of different art forms, supports 21st century learning skills, and deepens learning in all academic subjects.
